Applications will be open until 8PM on Monday, February 9, 2026.
Funding will be provided to 100 families, who have children under the age of 18 with a diagnosis of cerebral palsy, in the amount of up to $700 to use for therapy only. Families must reside in Ontario. Therapists must be located in Ontario.
PLEASE NOTE: submission of application during this time does not guarantee approval for funding. Only the first 100 complete applications will be approved for funding.
Funding must be used by December 31, 2026. NO EXTENSIONS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Emails confirming receipt of applications will NOT be sent. All families will be notified by March 15, 2026.
