Applications will be open until 8PM on Monday, February 10, 2025.
Funding will be provided to 70 families, who have children under the age of 18 with a diagnosis of cerebral palsy, in the amount of up to $700 to use for therapy only. Families must reside in Ontario. Therapists must be located in Ontario.
Please note: submission of applications during this time does not guarantee approval for funding. Only the first 70 complete applications will be approved for funding.
Funding must be used by December 31, 2025. No extensions, no exceptions.
Notifications of acceptance will be emailed by March 1, 2025. Emails confirming receipt of applications will NOT be sent.
