Funding will be provided to 65 families, who have children under 18 with a diagnosis of cerebral palsy, in the amount of $500 to use for therapy. Families must reside in Ontario. Therapists must be located in Ontario.
Applications will be available on our website starting Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 6:00am. Applications will be accepted until Thursday, March 21, 2024 at 11:59pm.

2. Families who have received funding in the past from Noah's Clubhouse will need to include a prior funding number in the application. You can find this number in a previous funding acceptance letter emailed to you.
WHAT INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FOR FIRST TIME APPLICANTS?
1. In addition to the information required above, supporting medical documentation must also be included. The documentation must be from a medical practitioner and must include a diagnosis of cerebral palsy AND a recommendation for therapy. This can be two separate documents from two different medical practitioners, or one document from the same medical practitioner.
2. Supporting medical documentation forms part of the application and cannot be provided prior to March 20 or after March 21.

WHEN WILL I KNOW IF MY CHILD HAS BEEN APPROVED FOR FUNDING?
Your funding acceptance letter will be emailed to you by April 30, 2024.
